We offer the following shipping options for our products delivered within Australia:

• Free shipping for all orders in our online shop using Australia Post Parcel Post
• Free pick up from North Parramatta
• Australia Post Express Post

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated accordingly once products are added to the cart, the shipping option is selected, and the shipping address is entered. Shipping costs will be added to the total amount of the order before checkout. You will also see the shipping options and costs at the checkout before placing your order.

Please note that only Australia Post Parcel Locker addresses, residential and business street addresses are accepted.

Orders are dispatched with tracking numbers within 5 business days (depending on the ordered quantity) and shipping times are estimated at between 2-10 business days (depending on your location within Australia). Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. Deliveries will require signatures and tracking numbers will be sent via email once orders are dispatched.

If you have paid for an item on pre-order, we will reach out directly for more information on timeframes and shipping costs.

Customised Flower Preservation

We accept flowers supplied by customers within Australia from one of the following 3 options, on the agreed day which is usually the next 24 hours after the event they use the flowers. Fees applied and varied depending on pickup locations and will be included in the quotes upon request.

• Pick up by Florapeutic representative
• Australia Post Express Post

Our production time is around 12 weeks from the day we receive the flowers and may be extended subject to existing commitments. The customised products will be delivered to customers by one of the following 5 options. Fees apply and vary depending on delivery locations and will be included in the quotes upon request.

• Australia Post Parcel Post

Delivery times are estimated at between 2-10 business days depending on your choice of delivery method and location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. Deliveries via Australia Post will require signatures and tracking numbers will be sent via email once orders are dispatched.
