Flower Gifting and Customised Flower Preservation

If Customer decides to cancel the order of the services and products,

  • within 14 days prior to the agreed day for the event or supplying flowers by Customer, no refund will be issued;
  • within 15-28 days prior to the agreed day for the event or supplying flowers by Customer, 50% refund will be issued;
  • more than 28 days prior to the agreed day for the event or supplying flowers by Customer, a full refund will be issued.

It is an unlikely occurrence that Florapeutic will cancel the order of the products or services. If it occurs due to unforeseen circumstances and when we are unable to arrange an agreeable alternative, we will offer a full refund.

COVID Postponements

Considering the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainties caused, we understand events could be postponed or cancelled due to official control measures.

Our services are provided on the basis that there are no COVID-19 related factors that could affect commencement, progress of works or completion. The factors include but are not limited to social distancing, lockdown, third party supply chain continuity issues, freight delays, isolation of people, intervention by the government or any other parties. Should any COVID-19 related factors affect our services, we will advise customers as soon as possible and provide alternatives.

Should the events be postponed due to the events fall into the period of the official control measures or unforeseen circumstances, we offer to reschedule our services to the new dates suggested by Customers, subject to our availabilities.
