Customised Flower Preservation

Please choose carefully before finalising your order (including size and colour), as an order to purchase creates a legally binding contract between Customers and Florapeutic. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on products and services, or exchange, returns and refunds for change of mind.

If the customised products or their components are not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within the 8-week production time to arrange an agreeable alternative or offer store credit or a full refund.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Each of our products is unique and carefully handcrafted to ensure the highest quality. If you receive any faulty products or products that are damaged during transit, we offer a 14 Day Replacement Warranty, from the date you receive your product. Please email us at hello@florapeutic.com.au within the warranty period to report the issue with images of the parcel/packaging and products.

We will open a case and confirm the product return procedures. Florapeutic will not be liable for the returning of the product, including but not limited to the return postal expenses and lost parcel. We request Customers to return the product within 7 days from the day we acknowledge the report of the faulty or damaged products. Please ensure the following details are included when returning the product so we can resolve the issue quickly:

  • Order number
  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your contact number
  • The reason why you are returning the product
  • Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue to be resolved
  • A copy of the original order confirmation or invoice
  • The faulty or damaged product
  • The original packaging

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund including return postal expenses within 10 working days.

Due to the nature of our products in that each of them is unique and none of them is identical, we will offer you the replacement product in the same size and design with botanicals as close as the one you ordered. The replacement product will be sent out to you at no charge within 5 working days (for Pressed Flower Art) or 8 weeks (for Customised Flower Preservation) from the date we receive the faulty or damaged product.

We only accept product returns and provide a replacement, store credit or full refund where the product is faulty or damaged during transit. We reserve the right not to offer a replacement, store credit or refund where the product fault or damage is a result of misuse or neglect.
