My order of Pressed Flower Art has not arrived, what do I do?
Firstly, check if you have received an ‘order completed” email and find the tracking information in the email. Click on the tracking number and you will be re-directed to the Australia Post tracking page. Enter your tracking number and check the status of the delivery.
If you have not received the email within 5 working days, contact us at hello@florapeutic.com.au to find out if the order was sent and ask for tracking information to locate the order.
If you are unable to track the order with the tracking number supplied, contact us at hello@florapeutic.com.au.
What do I do if I need to return an item?
